Random Acts of Kindness- OCT 2009

Hey Everyone,

Well despite the weather we had an amazing time at Soul Fuel Last night. We also started our Season of Giving, which already brought in some winter apparel . Thanks to everyone that supported us last night. Thanks to H.F. for leading out last night with all the amazing vocalist, and to the amazing band,you guys definitely had the building grooving. We had so many new friends come out to support Soul Fuel both in the audience and as performers. Amazing!!

Just wanted to also give you heads up about a couple of things:

• The Season of Giving continues on till the last Soul Fuel of the year which is actually December 25th.....yes we are having Soul Fuel on the 25th. Youre welcome to bring your family and friend out after you have ripped open the presents ;)

• The next Soul Fuel is November 27th

• If you never got a chance to write down your email or fill out your team form for the contest, just email us at soulfuelministries@gmail.com. Please dont hesitate to also send us feedback or any questions you may have.

• If you have facebook and youre not getting our invitation also please let us know and we'll get you added

• Lastly, our YouTube site has been updated so you can take a look here. The quality of the video is still something we are working on, so please bear with us.

Season to Give Thanks

We hope everyone had an amazing thanksgiving, full of family, friends and turkey (or tofurkey).

In the name of giving,

Soul Fuel will be collecting non perishable food items for the Edmonton Food Bank, from October until December. At every Soul Fuel you will be able to donate non perishable food item(s) in the name of giving back.We will be also collecting new winter apparel such as mittens, hats, scarves, and most importantly SOCKS!!

These items will be donated to the shelters in the Edmonton area.

We know that everyone has been blessed in one way or another or has felt the kindness of someone's heart, so now its your turn to give back!!!

NOW in the name of FRIENDLY sportsmanship AND giving,

Soul Fuel is also having another contest.

We want you to get into groups of four (make sure you have a team name)

and from October to December the team that brings in the most food and clothing items will receive a PIZZA PARTY for FOUR.

Each Team MUST be registered to be able to win the Pizza Party.

Now for those that don't want to participate in the contest that is fine as well. You are still able to drop off your donation(s) at any of the Soul Fuel Events until December.

• canned fish
• canned fruit or vegetables
• peanut butter
• powdered milk
• macaroni and cheese dinners
• pasta and pasta sauce
• school snack items such as juice boxes and granola bars
